Stress!!!!

You have a lot of responsibilities during your teen years: Going to school and studying; working; participating in school activities; and spending time with family and friends. It's enough to make your head spin! It's also enough to stress you out.

Stress causes all kinds of health risks, including lack of sleep, poor eating habits, high blood pressure, and risks to your heart. No matter what solution you decide to try, make sure you are doing something before the stress becomes more than you can handle.
