Don't Make These Health Mistakes

Your teen years are super busy with school, work, family and friends. You probably find yourself running around like a chicken with its head cut off most of the time. If you're enjoying this hectic life, then have it! There's no reason why you can't enjoy life while you're young. You should!

But with all of this activity, you may be risking your health. There are several mistakes you could be making in your day-to-day life that can cause both physical and mental issues, including obesity, a bad complexion, memory loss and fatigue. Be sure to avoid these health mistakes as you live your daily life.

  1. Staying up too late
  2. Eating too much junk food
  3. Skipping breakfast
  4. Not getting enough exercise
